1. Garment Care & Wash Instructions
To preserve the premium heavyweight structure, deep color, and custom details of your Blackcircle pieces, please handle them with care:
 Wash Cold Only: Machine wash inside out using normal/cold temperature water only.
 Air Dry: Do not tumble dry. High heat can shrink heavyweight cotton and damage prints or embroidery. Lay flat or hang to air dry.
 Iron with Caution: Iron inside out on low heat if needed. Never iron directly over prints or embroidered areas.
⚠️ Please Note: We cannot accept responsibility for items that have shrunk, faded, or been damaged due to improper washing.
2. Our Production Philosophy
At Blackcircle, we have spent 7 years perfecting our craft. To maintain our strict standards of exclusivity and reduce environmental waste, we do not mass-produce. Every garment is produced individually, on-demand, specifically for you once your order is placed.
Production Time: Please allow 4 to 7 business days for your piece to be meticulously crafted and prepared for shipment.
Size Assistance: We kindly ask you to review our detailed Size Chart on each product page to ensure you get your perfect boxy fit. If you are between sizes or need advice, please reach out to our team via WhatsApp at 01055033094—we are here to help.
Order Modifications: If you need to make any changes to your order (size or address), please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, production begins and changes may no longer be possible.
3. Exchange & Returns Policy
Because every piece is crafted specifically for your order, all sales of correctly fulfilled items are final.
The Only Exception: Defective or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. A return or replacement is only authorized if:
 The garment arrives with a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., damaged fabric, faulty stitching, or printing/embroidery errors).
 We shipped the wrong item, color, or size compared to your original order.
In these rare cases, Blackcircle will cover 100% of the return and replacement shipping costs.
